Coaching for Leadership
As we grow and progress through our various careers, we are eventually promoted to ‘supervisor’, ‘manager’ or ‘executive’. Most times no one advises or shows us that we now need to focus on both ‘task’ and ‘people’. What we usually do at that stage, is merely continue with our ‘natural inclination’. Training & Development
